Yes — every drop is at your stall by 6 AM, seven days a week, including public holidays. We plan our routes around hawker-centre opening hours, not warehouse convenience.
Are your vegetables, meats, and seafood as fresh as what I get from my wet market supplier?
We run a daily sourcing trip to Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre, so produce is never more than 24 hours from source to your stall. If a batch doesn't meet wet-market grade on arrival, we replace it at no charge on the next drop.
What are your minimum order quantities, and do you charge carton or small-order surcharges?
There is no minimum order quantity. Orders above SGD 100 deliver free; below that, a flat SGD 8 fee applies — no carton surcharges, no hidden line items. You only pay for what you order.
Can I WhatsApp my orders and last-minute changes, or do I need to use an app or portal?
WhatsApp is our primary ordering channel — no app, no portal, no account login required. Send your order, swap an item, or add a last-minute crate of eggs before midnight and it's on the truck.
Do you offer 7 to 30 day credit terms, or must I pay cash on delivery every time?
Regular trade customers receive 14-day credit from their very first order, with 30-day terms unlocked after 60 days of trading. Unlike most broadline distributors who reserve credit for chain accounts, we treat every hawker stall as the real business it is.
